cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. To accommodate our clients and our artists, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

no-shows

In the event of a no-show without any prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for choosing The Lash Collective for all your lash needs.
